Quarantine Skincare Part 1 .



With the increasing amount of time spent at home amid the coronavirus pandemic, your body is now adjusting to a new routine.
Your skin, the largest organ in your body, might also have a hard time figuring out what is happening and freak out in one way or another.
There are chances you are exposed to less harsh sun and use less makeup--or even no makeup at all, which is good for your skin. However, you might also expose yourself to more air conditioning, eat less healthy food and consume more alcoholic beverages to cope with the quarantine blues.
How can you take care of your skin at home naturally?

what will you do when you are running out of your cleansers?

Make your own cleanser.
what do you need?
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1tbsp Besan (Gram flour)
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp multani mitti ( Earth's fuller)
  • 1 tbsp raw turmeric ( you can go for any if you don't have)


what to do?

  • Blend the oats to a fine powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a container.
  • this is just a small batch.
  • use it once then make according to your use. 
  • you can use orange peel powder,  neem powder ,  or sandalwood powder if you have or if you want to add.

How to use?

  • Take 1 tbsp in a bowl or palm.
  • Mix water or rose water . 
  • And massage in circular motion for few minutes on your wet face and leave it for 5 minutes and rinse it off completely.
  • You can do this daily

You can do patch test if you are allergic to something.
