Finding the right moisturizer is always a task for all of us, and stumbling upon one brings us so much joy, for all the peace of mind it will bring. Read on to know all about my current favorite one!

This oil-free gel moisturizer is a super light, non-sticky formula to aid in hydrating and soothing effect on the skin. With the key ingredients Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E, this product is an incredible, budget-friendly option for the combination and oily skin folks looking for a hydrating formula without excessive oiliness.

The gel is lightweight as the brand claims and doesn’t feel sticky or oily. The moisturizer is infused with ingredients hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E. However for dry skin beauties out there this will not be enough, you can use this in your skincare routine as a final step or go in with another moisturizer. But during summers this moisturizer is enough especially in humid conditions this will work well. It doesn’t provide 24 hours hydration like it claims, maybe up to 4-5 hours, it will provide hydration. For the price, this is a steal and for oily skin beauties, this is the best option for them. Overall I like using this moisturizer during the day and at night I prefer something more hydrating.

How to Use:

After cleansing your face and neck properly, take the required amount and apply it thoroughly. I use this twice daily, in the morning and at night. Sometimes as a moisturizer, and sometimes as the toner under my SPF/night serum. It's a gel that feels like water when I apply. That's why sometimes (read mostly) I skip my toner and pick this up. 

Texture and Consistency:-

I loved the texture and consistency of this pond's super light gel moisturizer. It is a soft gel that gives instant hydration. It just seeps into your skin without making you oily as it has an oil-free formula.

The hydration is real! It is so hydrating that even dry skin types can use this. On my combination-to-dry skin, it keeps my skin hydrated for almost 5-6 hours. I even use this as a part of my nighttime skincare routine, and it keeps me hydrated the whole night.

My Final Thoughts On Ponds Superlight Gel:-

If you go by what I feel, then Ponds super light gel is an absolute must-have for all the oily skins out there because who has enough moisturization in the world anyhow? Also, I don’t think spending 5 times more money on 2 times less product quantity (talking about Neutrogena hydro boost- INR 850 for 50gms) is even worth spending when literally they work the same.

It is one of the best affordable options for broke people or who are contemplating even buy a moisturizer for their skin type. You can wear it to work, college, in summer, during winter literally everywhere.
